I want to tighten the handle that keeps moving. I moved the chair closer to the light, and the corner became easier to use.
Emotions
Most of the day passed in the usual routines. I kept the observation without trying to turn it into a lesson. I notice my curiosity.

I noticed one small thing today. I turned off the screen because my eyes felt tired. My eyelids feel heavier as bedtime approaches.
