Dosage
One imaginary pill taken each morning. Self administration is the condition of entry. Do not exceed four months of continuous play without a break.
Effect
Once taken, the pill gives your breath the power to create distance. Follow the breath into your body. What is your body telling you? Follow the breath into your emotions. What are you feeling? Follow the breath into your mind. What are your thoughts? Write what appears. My body is sensing. My emotions are feeling. My mind is thinking. I am noticing all three.
Rules
This is an anonymous collective game. Players and their Journals are deleted after four months of continuous inactivity. After two years of continuous presence, a Player becomes a Witness. Everything displayed here has been moderated by a Witness. Witnessing does not evaluate or judge what is shared. Only humans can be Witnesses. All actions outside the game remain the sole responsibility of the Player.
