Replaced ‘as you should know’ with the three details needed to proceed. Same requirement, fewer opportunities for a side dispute. The original requisition still makes this month's shortlist. My reply no longer needs to join it.

Jaw tight after the requisition meeting. Realised I was still clenching it over lunch, despite the sandwich having done nothing wrong. Took a short walk before opening the draft reply again.
Emotion
The request said ‘same as last time’, without identifying last time. Irritating. My partner read my first sentence and said she'd stop listening there. I dislike feedback that is immediately demonstrable.
