Replaced patch lead. Tested from room not just switch. Stable now. Ticket said fixed only, added panel and port. Next person won't know which one. Should have written first time.

Dashboard all green. Call still dropping. Annoying. Found patch lead latch broke, not user fault. They said thanks. Fine. Junior asked where exactly. Wasn't in ticket. That bit mine.

Cycled in. Legs warm. Then sat too long at rack, shoe pressed into ankle. Stood up it was fine. Hands dirty from cable tray. Wash before lunch, forgot the back of one wrist.
