cycled with no delivery bag for once and realised i kept leaning forward like something heavy was still on my back haha. after a while my shoulders stopped doing that and the ride felt easier, wind through my shirt but still sweating properly at the lights. left heel was a bit stiff when i first put my foot down so i sat at the park connector bench before heading home. legs wanted to keep moving even when the rest of me was happy to sit. reached the flat and ah ma said wash first dont sit on her chair like that. fair lah, shirt was wet all the way down. shower felt damn good, then i was suddenly hungry enough for everything

lecture slide had this neat diagram of the inside of a material and i realised i didnt know whether it was meant to look like that or just make the explanation easier. been copying the picture for two weeks without asking. roomie said check the notes and the notes used another picture, thanks very much. finally found the bit saying it was a simplified model, so now the arrows make more sense, they are not actual little arrows inside the thing obviously. i could have asked in class but by then everyone was on the next topic. wrote the question beside the diagram this time. no idea if it comes out in the quiz but at least i know what im drawing

roomie asked if i was going home this weekend then said the room is quite sian when im not around. i laughed because we barely talk when both doing our own things, but actually it was nice to hear. usually people say im easy to stay with because i dont mind stuff, this sounded like he wanted me there, different a bit. still going home lah, ah ma already asked what i want to eat, but i said we could get supper before i leave. he said okay and went back to his laptop. such a small conversation and i kept feeling quite happy after. didnt tell the group because they would make it a wedding announcement immediately
