Warning
This game may induce structural inner change.
Players
You.
Ages
All.
Dosage
One Pill taken virtually each morning. Do not exceed four months of continuous play.
Effect
The Pill grants two capacities to your respiration during the day. The first is the capacity to generate the Void.
The second is the capacity to digest manifest versions of yourself referred to as Me's. Both actions are performed through your respiration alone and require only minutes. With repetition, these actions become more stable and require less time.
Me's
Within you exist multiple versions of yourself. They form from experience, memory, inherited material, imagined futures, and significant encounters. Me's manifest as recurring thoughts, persistent emotional states, or chronic bodily patterns. They surface when their expression is required. The purpose of the game is direct dialogue with these Me's.
Void
Within you exists the Void. It makes form possible. Without it, nothing holds structure. It carries no memory and contains no fear. Through respiration, the Void becomes perceptible. When perceived, access to the Self becomes available. The Self does not identify with what it observes. From this position, all the Me's can be addressed. The Void can be generated at will, repeatedly, throughout the day.
Talking
From the position of the Void, as the Self, address the Me that presents itself. Ask two questions only. What are you trying to accomplish. What are you afraid would happen if you stopped. Allow uninterrupted expression. Communication occurs through the channel that presents itself from the Me. Thought, sensation, imagery, or affect. Do not redirect the channel. Remain with it until expression is complete. When expression is complete, state: Goodbye. Thank you for the work you have done. You may return if needed. I will remain available.
Digestion
After dialogue, digestion begins. Through respiration, the Me is digested. What integrates with your living structure is assimilated. What does not integrate is broken down and reorganized. Nothing essential is destroyed. Me's may return. Repetition reduces urgency over time.
Characters
You may maintain up to three named versions of yourself simultaneously. A Character may take any form of you at any age. It may be real, fictional, historical, imagined, admired, loathed, or feared. It may represent a quality you wish to embody or one that unsettles you. Once named and described, a Character becomes a Me and can be addressed from the Self.
Rules
This is an anonymous collective game. Accounts and associated Characters are deleted after four months of continuous inactivity. After two years of presence, a Player becomes a Witness. Witnesses moderate Players and Characters. Witnessing is observational only. It does not evaluate or judge. Only humans can be Witnesses. All real world actions remain the sole responsibility of the Player.
